Orders are shipped within 3 days after we receive your order confirmation. Once the order is sent you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

You can choose between the following shipment methods:

Orders from Spain (Mainland)

-Registered post: delivery in 3-4 working days (see tariff below: 2,87€, 3,25€ or 4,35€ depending on weight)
-Courier service 48h working hours: 5€
-Courier service 24h working hours: 9€

Orders from Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra)

-Registered post: delivery in 5-6 working days (see tariff below).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

-Registered post: delivery in 5-6 working days (approx 4€ to 5€, see tariff below).

Shipping
If the client were absent, the transit agency will spend the next day to divide again. Please note that any effect detected upon receipt of the goods mustbe clearly marked on the delivery note, or communicated through burofax, detailingthe circumstances of the incident, the carrier. Returns
Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to ourcustomers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,has within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order,to return ,and provided that the conditionsrequired by applicable law (Art.44 of the Law 7 / 1996 of 15 January Retail Tradeamended by Law 47/2002 of December 19).
To return the product, the customer must complete the return form that will send byE-Mail when you ask us to email info@eleonordecasanovas.com, indicating theorder number and product / s to return and reasons for return.

The goods must be received in our warehouse within 7 days of acceptance of thereturn. If not received within this period, the return will be rejected. To support a returnis required that the product is being manipulated and returned with the original packaging in perfect condition and accompanied by original packing slip, and if theinvoice, customer data.

All submissions must be completed in any transit agency or prepaid mail, if not be returned. Transportation expenses incurred in the return will be borne by the customer. The carrying amount of the first delivery already made shall be deductedfrom the total amount of the refund, unless Eleonor de Casanovas made a mistake orconfusion of references in the delivery of products. Upon receipt of the merchandiseand verified that it is in perfect condition, Eleonor de Casanovas shall repay the amounts received from the client in full except the initial shipping charges and themethod of payment within 30 days.
