If you want to return an article purchased at www.eleonordecasanovas.com please send us an email to info@eleonordecasanovas.com indicating the reason for the return and we will inform you.
Items returned must be unworn and in resealable condition.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Please Note - in order to process your return or exchange we request that:

You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and place a new order for the alternate item.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at info@ eleonordecasanovas.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
RETURNS
To return an online purchase, please follow these instructions:
Please bear in mind you have 10 days counting from the day that you receive the order.
• How do I return an item?
1. Send an email to info@eleonordecasanovas.com and request a return letting us know the reason.
2. Items must be returned:
a) In its original state, together with any accessories related, and may not be used or damaged.
b) With original tags.
c) In its original packaging if possible.
Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
SECURE/TRACKABLE DELIVERY - We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
• How will I get my refund?
Once the refund is approved by Eleonordecasanovas you will then get the refund. Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer depending on what was the payment method used originally when placing the order.
• When will I receive my refund ?
Items must be in perfect condition. Once Eleonordecasanovas has aproved the refund you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been made. This should take 1-2 days once we receive the item back.Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.
• What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
In case this hypothetically happens, please contact us: info@eleonordecasanovas.com. We will try to solve it as soon as possible.
In case Eleonordecasanovas mistakenly sent a different item than requested or that the quality of the article is not adequate, please contact us at info@eleonordecasanovas.com for the return or change. In this case, Eleonordecasanovas will assume the costs of both sending and return.
In case of special promotions, where shipping is free, the customer must bear the shipping costs for return.
